Leathers & Fabrics

Dedicated to maximizing the natural beauty of this product, we use only top grain leathers and embrace the unique characteristics of each hide. This includes our exclusive Maestro Artisano process a hand-antiqued special effect that creates a dramatic vintage patina. We also offer a beautiful range of performance fabrics or COM (customer own material) if requested.

Frames & Underconstruction

Our frames are handcrafted using a combination of hardwood/furniture grade laminate - Corner blocked, glued & stapled. Spring systems are either tempered steel 8 gauge zig zags springs or a high grade coil spring drop in unit.

Performance Foam

Large blocks of high-performance 2.5 lb foam are carefully prepared on our cutting tables and transformed into premium seat cushions, available across all models. This precision process ensures seat and back cores that fit snugly and seamlessly, while layered foam padding delivers superior comfort and lasting support. Every filling we use is fully compliant with Cal 117 fire safety regulations.

Seat Cushions

Beneath each seat lies a harmony of comfort — individually pocketed coils embraced in high-density foam, then wrapped in a feather-soft blend of down and fiber. Encased in feather-proof cotton ticking, each cushion is channeled to stay perfectly balanced over time — a quiet promise of lasting comfort and refinement.

Back Cushions

Each back cushion is built for enduring comfort — a solid foam core wrapped in a luxurious blend of down, feather, and fiber. Enclosed in feather-proof cotton ticking, every channel is carefully stitched to keep the fill smooth and perfectly balanced.
